My work is rooted in the understanding that yoga is not only a physical practice, but a path of self-knowledge.

Drawing from classical yoga philosophy, positive psychology, and trauma-sensitive embodied practices, my teaching supports students in cultivating inner clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper relationship with themselves.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and reflective awareness, the practice becomes a space where people can reconnect with their vital energy and explore their inner world with safety and compassion.

My approach honours the uniqueness of each individual, allowing the practice to unfold at a pace that supports stability, self-trust, and genuine transformation.
