Our body is a gateway to well-being and self-knowledge. Body and mind walk together, but due to the way we live in society, the body often follows one direction while the mind follows another, and the heart is left in the middle without knowing what to do. This atitude creates disconnection and confusion. Therefore, all of the following services work holistically to integrate body, mind and heart to promote greater well-being and connection.

Hatha Yoga | Meditation

The word “ha” means sun, “tha” means moon. “Hatha” means to balance the sun and the moon in you.  Hatha Yoga involves the practice of physical postures (asanas), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Develops the strengthening and stretching of the physical body, the purification and balance of the energetic body, and the stability and concentration of the mind. Students leave yoga sessions feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and energized, with a new perspective and clarity for the rest of the day.

All my classes provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.

1:1 Yoga class| Yoga Therapy |Somatic Therapy

The Yoga therapy provides customized 1:1 Yoga sessions that aim to help you achieve your well-being goals by integrating your body, mind, and soul. The sessions are tailored to your unique needs, combining intuitive and scientific knowledge and yoga techniques to promote more alignment, empowerment, and connection. I use a holistic approach that combines talking and movement therapy to help you manage physical and/or mental challenges. After assessing your needs, I will develop a personalized sequence of asanas (postures), breathing exercises, and meditation for you to practice.

I believe that Yoga is for everyone and every body. During your first session, she will get to know you better and understand your current situation, goals, and how she can assist you. Together, you'll work to overcome any obstacles that might be hindering you from feeling fulfilled and happy, whether you prefer verbal or physical guidance. If you're looking for a personalized approach to your Yoga practice, the 1:1 Yoga sessions may be perfect for you.

Well-being retreats

Retreats offer a chance to escape from our daily routine and connect with our well-being and inner selves. These immersive experiences allow us to tune out external distractions and focus on our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Each retreat is centred around a specific theme and may include practices like meditation, yoga, nature exploration, and self-exploration.

The main retreats I host are the Spring (April) and Autumn (September) Equinox Women's Retreats in the United Kingdom, and the Women's Retreat on the feminine deities in Brazil (January).

Sadhana Group

Sadhana is a yogic term that refers to a practice or discipline that improves your well-being, such as yoga, meditation, prayer, exercise, or any other habit that promotes good health. However, Sadhana is not just about taking action but about how you approach it, requiring consistency and self-control. Practising in a group can be a powerful, transformative, and insightful experience. Each meeting invites participants to delve into themselves, bringing anything still unclear into consciousness.
