The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you. Hatha Yoga is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. All my classes provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.

I offer my time and skills to you to support you in the adventure of life. My twelve years of yoga and coaching practice is at your service on the telephone, via Zoom or in person. There are two ways that I can support you.
1. Holistic Mentoring/Coaching
Sometimes what is needed is just time to be HEARD - not only by others but also by ourselves. These sessions will provide you with a positive environment to explore your needs on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
2. Private Yoga session
This session starts with a fifteen-minute sharing, followed by a 45-minute yoga practice tailored especially for your requirements at this time. Then we have time to reflect and orient, and consider how to implement this in your life before the end of the session.
These groups aim to enhance self-awareness about our feminine and masculine energies and balance them. Through yogic techniques, we will access different aspects of our being. With the help of the sangha (community), we can reframe blockages to live more fully in coherence with our essence. No previous yoga experience required.

Themed retreats based on the yoga tradition. The immersive process paves the way to calm the external noises so that we can access what we need to transform. Each retreat is a unique experience to refine our senses and perception about ourselves and the world.
